NEIGHBORHOOD SECURITY CAMERAS
Posted on Aug 31st, 2017
The HOA boards are pleased to announce that installation of neighborhood security camera systems on the 51st Street entrances and the County Line Road entrance has been installed.
Each entrance will have 2 cameras. One will collect video of every vehicle that passes so that make, model, and color will be identifiable, along with the time they drove past the camera. The second one will take a hi-def picture of every license plate, also with a time stamp. When we combine this information with what neighbors see and/or what home cameras catch, we will have much greater details to pass on to TPD to check out if we have further porch piracy or additional vandalism or theft.
Hopefully the cameras at these main entrances will prove to be sufficient and we will not need to also add cameras between us and the other subdivisions north and west of us.
The cameras are being installed by Patriot Security, a locally owned home security firm that has served Tulsa for over 30 years. Their web site is:http://www.patriotsecuritytulsa.com/
or they are on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/patriotsectulsa/
If any homeowners in our neighborhood would like to have an estimate on a home camera and/or a security system, Patriot has offered to give each homeowner and/or the HOA a discounted price. The more who sign up, the greater the discount! This could help add security to our neighborhood – and save a few dollars in the process. You can reach them at 918-492-4330. Be sure to say that you are from Stone Creek Farms.
POOL KEY NOT WORKING???
Posted on Aug 12th, 2016
Pool key not working??????? There is a reason for that. Please make sure you have paid your HOA dues, as this effects your privileges of using the pool. Once Lionheart Management receives your HOA payment, they communicate with HOA Pool Management Company and your pool card is re-activated.
NEIGHBORS, IF YOUR POOL CARD DOES NOT LET YOU IN, PLEASE DO NOT ASK OTHER MEMBERS/NEIGHBORS TO LET YOU IN THE POOL. THIS MAKES FOR A VERY AWKWARD SITUATION and/or IS NOT FAIR TO THE MEMBERS WHO HAVE PAID ON TIME.

Meet, Greet & Neighborhood Discussions
Posted on Jul 1st, 2016
The two HOA Boards have decided that it would be very beneficial for the whole neighborhood of Stone Creek Farms, (Phase 1, 2, 3, and Village) to come together every quarter, meet each other and visit on issues in the neighborhood and how we can make things better. IT TAKES A VILLAGE, Neighbors! If you want to be "in the know", and place your request for things you would like to see or have changed, please attend these meetings. We will most likely have them at the pool house in the evenings. SEE EVENTS for date.

NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH
Posted on Aug 4th, 2015
The "Neighborhood Watch" is back on the prowl. We had Bart Dean, retired Police Officer, with the Crime Prevention Network come out and speak at our 2015 annual meeting. He will train anyone and everyone to know what to do to be on a team for a neighborhood, street or block Watch Committee. Be the eyes, ears and voice for yourself and your bordering neighbors. This a great opportunity for the men in the neighborhood to get together and talk about how great their wives are. Right? It's only one informative meeting and then you are on your way to spot those thieves, pedafiles and vandalizers on our streets. And if you see something suspicious, just call the police and report all the information you remember or saw. Easy as that. Had a few sign up at the meeting but really need more bodies. COME ON GUYS, YOU CAN DO IT! Protect your family and love ones. If you want to sign up, comment above, or send us an email at hoa@scfhoa.com LET'S KEEP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD FREE OF THUGS!
